This notice explains how Reliable Aid Inc ("Reliable Aid," "we," "us") handles information when you visit reliableaid.org or contact our office. Reliable Aid is a home care agency at 235 South Queen Street #2, Dover, DE 19904.
Information you give us
When you call us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, the town where care is needed, and the kind of help you're looking for. We use it to answer your questions, schedule a consultation, and provide care. If you apply for a job, we use what you share to consider your application.
Please don't send medical records, Social Security numbers, or Medicaid ID numbers through the website. We'll collect what we need for care in a safer way after we speak with you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising. We use:

- You can manage Facebook and Instagram ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.
