Caregiver jobs close to home in Delaware
Caregiver jobs with Reliable Aid in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. W-2 jobs, background-checked team, CNAs welcome. Call (302) 689-3240 to apply.

Reliable Aid is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to care for families across Delaware. You'll help one person at a time, in their own home, with the everyday things that let them stay there. It's work that matters, and you'll see the difference you make every visit.
Want to get paid to care for your own family member? That's a different path. Start on the paid family caregiver page.
Why caregivers work with us
- You're an employee. Caregivers are W-2 employees of Reliable Aid, a state-licensed Delaware home care agency.
- You're not on your own. If you're sick or can't make a visit, we send a backup, so your client is always covered.
- You have a team behind you. Questions about a client or your schedule go to real people at our Dover office.
- Your experience counts. CNAs and home health aides are welcome, and so is caregiving experience with your own family.
What you'd do
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients move safely around the house
- Prepare meals and give reminders to eat and drink
- Give medication reminders
- Do laundry and light housekeeping
- Keep clients company, so their family can step out
CNA and home health aide jobs
If you're a certified nursing assistant or home health aide, your training fits this work well. Our caregivers provide personal care and companionship, not medical treatment, so you can focus on the person in front of you.
How to apply
Call (302) 689-3240 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Tell us your name, which part of Delaware you can work in, and any certifications you have. We'll talk about open shifts and pay, and set up next steps. Every caregiver we hire goes through a background check.
Questions
Is this a W-2 job?
Yes. Caregivers are Reliable Aid employees, paid on a W-2.
Do I need experience or a CNA license?
A CNA or home health aide certificate is welcome, and so is other caregiving experience. If this work is new to you, call anyway and tell us about yourself.
How do I get hired?
Call the Dover office. We talk about the work and where you can travel, then set up an interview. Every caregiver we hire goes through a background check.
How much does it pay?
Ask about the pay rate for the role when you call.
Is this the same as getting paid to care for my own mother?
No. Caring for your own family member through Medicaid is a different path. Start on the paid family caregiver page.
